Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ForeverWood, every piece of furniture is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, since production and processing begin immediately, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us at hello@foreverwood.in for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

  • As each piece is made to order and crafted from solid wood, we currently do not accept returns once the product has been delivered in perfect condition.

  • In case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. Our team will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

  • Custom or personalized orders that have been specifically designed for you.
