  • By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Product Information

  • All furniture is crafted from authentic solid wood and may feature natural variations in grain, texture, or finish. These variations are part of the product’s uniqueness and not considered defects.

  • Dimensions mentioned on the website are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.

  • Payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed as per our timelines.

  • Delivery dates provided are estimates. While we strive to meet them, delays due to logistics or external factors may occur.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring correct delivery details (address, contact number, etc.).

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details).

  • Returns are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Warranties & Liabilities

  • Our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for the specified period mentioned on the product page.

  • Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • ForeverWood will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of ForeverWood and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
