At Forever Wood, we take utmost care in delivering your furniture safely and on time. Please read the details of our shipping process below:

1. Delivery Timelines

  • All our products are made to order. Standard delivery timelines range between 7-14 days, depending on the product and location.

  • You will receive an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation. We strive to deliver within this timeframe, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (logistics, weather, government restrictions, etc.).

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

  • For select pin codes or premium delivery requests (such as same-floor placement, packaging disposal, or specific slot delivery), additional charges may apply.

3. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

  • Furniture will be delivered in fully assembled or knock-down (requiring minimal assembly) form, as specified for each product.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring entry and access into their premises (staircases, elevators, door sizes, etc.).

4. Damages During Transit

  • We take extensive precautions while packing and shipping. In case you notice any visible damage at the time of delivery, please report it immediately to the delivery team and contact our support within 48 hours with photographs.

  • ForeverWood will arrange a repair or replacement at no extra cost if the damage is verified.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we deliver to select locations within India. Please check serviceability for your pin code at checkout.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

6. Delays & Liability

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, ForeverWood is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.
